Payments for online orders are processed on the day when the order is dispatched.
Typically, this phase is completed within one business day from order receipt, with a confirmation message being sent as soon as each order is ready for shipping.
However, under some circumstances (e.g., long weekends, holidays, unusually busy periods), order processing could take longer. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your online order.
Because ordinary parcel post is not always reliable, Australian orders are posted with an Australia Post's Express Satchel, which allows parcel tracking. Delivery can take up to 5 business days, depending on destination address.
International orders are sent by air mail, insured (whenever possible), and postal delivery can take up to 5 weeks, depending on destination country.
